The New South Wales (NSW) has introduced a regulation or balance to the Biodiversity Conservation Act that is about the bans captive on Dolphin Breeding and about the importation of Dolphins into the State (for entertainment purposes mostly).

Dolphins, as we all already know, are so magnificent and intelligent animals. They belong to wildlife and not be treated as an entertainer.
Dolphins breeding should not be bred in captivity for fun or an entertainment cause. If we provide the natural environment to Dolphins breeding, they can swim hundreds of square kilometers of ocean. But an average bans Dolphin in captivity has a fraction of that space. The learning ability of Dolphins is not hidden.
Wild Life, Not Entertainers

- We are hoping in making this generation of Dolphins, the last generation in captivity. Dolphins breeding are not for any entertainment cause. Dolphins is a friendly animal but we can not decline that they are so intelligent. Moreover, wild animals should be enjoying wildlife
- For Example bans captive Dolphins breeding should be living on the Seas, These marine mammals do not need any jobs from humans for their livelihood.
- Finally, there is a global movement working on the betterment of these wild animals for example Dolphins Whales, etc in many Nations like Brazil, Norway, Switzerland, and the UK (United Kingdom).
- There are great changes in the travel industries for dolphins and other animals.
Canada recently passed a ban on keeping dolphins, whales, and other wildlife animals for entertainment purposes. - Major travel brands have done their parts by a step of commitment, of not selling tickets to dolphin shows and encounters. These travel brands are including Tripadvisor and Booking.com.

This wouldn’t have been possible without the thousands of dedicated supporters in different nations, being a voice for dolphins over many years. For Them, seeing Dolphin as an
the entertaining tool was so painful. Dolphin is always considered an intelligent animal and animal lovers and many researchers knew the importance of Dolphins breeding because of this cause, The fun or entertainment coming from Dolphin was not acceptable to them. It also leaves Sea World on the Gold Coast as the only dolphin park in Australia to continue breeding dolphins in captivity.
As the tide is turning against using marine mammals such as Dolphins and Whales in captivity for entertainment, the conversation about what will happen to the bans captive dolphins at Sea World needs to start now. The first step is a ban on further breeding, and The Second Step now should be on the betterment of Sea Life or Sea World for Dolphins, Whales, and many other Marine Mammals.
MY POINT OF VIEW
According to my point of view, We are losing so many animal and bird species because of the negligence they are facing from human beings. Using an intelligent animal as a source of earning some pennies does not worth it. Animals are not here for a purpose of entertainment and fun cause or to make you laugh. People should be aware of their lives too. These wild animals can not live the way you want them to live. If you can ignore their intelligence because of some fun purpose, go get a life.
